#9
Joe Harward, junior, Bellingham
WHY HE’S #9: Just a year removed from being on the JV squad, the fearless 6-foot-3 forward used his physicality to transform into one of the Northwest Conference’s top scorers. Unrelenting around the rim, he averaged almost 19 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists a game, and his quick hands led to almost 2 steals a game. While the Bayhawks might have had an up-and-down season, his consistent effort earned him a place on the all-NWC second team.
COACH BRAD McKAY: “Joe is a hard worker and a tough, explosive offensive player.”
