#11
Mantaj Singh, junior, Ferndale
WHY HE’S #11: One of the league’s more versatile offensive players, the 6-foot-5 junior can shoot outside like a guard or play in the paint like a forward. Comfortable both carrying the scoring load for the Golden Eagles or unselfishly doing the dirty work inside, Singh averaged nearly 15 points and more than 5 rebounds and 2 assists a game.
COACH LUKE DuCHESNE: “It was another good season for Mantaj. He is a great kid who will step into a leadership role for us next year as we will have a younger team. He is another very well-liked kid at Ferndale High School. He works very hard and wants to do the right thing. He’s a great student too.”
