Whatcom Hoops Boys Top 30: #23 Spencer Adams

In an incredible season filled with outstanding players, Whatcom Hoops is ranking the top 30 boys. Each day we’ll feature an amazing player in our county and count down until we get to #1. So join us daily as we honor the best of the best.

#23

Spencer Adams, junior, Lynden

WHY HE’S #23: The 6-foot-5 guard was a unique combination of outside offense and inside defense that made him one of the Northwest Conference’s top 3-point shooters and best rebounding guards. An all-NWC second-team choice, Adams averaged almost 10 points and 7 rebounds as well as 3 assists a game in helping the Lions to their No.1-ranking and league title.

COACH BRIAN ROPER: “Spencer was one of the most improved players in the Northwest Conference. He went from a JV guy as a sophomore to a player who was second-team all-conference averaging double figures and one of our better rebounders.”
