WHY HE’S #30: The smooth 6-foot guard led the Mounties in scoring, averaging almost 10 points a game and dishing out nearly 3 assists per contest.
COACH TONY CLARK: “Carter is a very savvy player with a great feel for the game. He has a solid basketball IQ, which enables him to compete as an underclassman.”
