Whatcom Hoops Boys Top 30: #24 Bhavnoor Grewal

In an incredible season filled with outstanding players, Whatcom Hoops is ranking the top 30 boys. Each day we’ll feature an amazing player in our county and count down until we get to #1. So join us daily as we honor the best of the best.

#24

Bhavnoor Grewal, senior, Ferndale

WHY HE’S #24: Grewal provided senior leadership, and his steady game made him one of the top all-around players in the league. The 6-foot-1 guard averaged 10.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2 steals a game while often covering the opponents’ best backcourt player.

COACH LUKE DuCHESNE: “Noor is a true competitor through and through. He wants to win and holds himself to a very high standard. His on-ball defense was great this year as he was among the county’s best in steals. He was a consistent scorer for us and had a big 26-point game in a conference win versus Sehome. He was all over the court this year as he could score, rebound, pass and play solid defense.”
