Whatcom Hoops Boys Top 30: #25 Jayden Anderson

In another amazing season filled with outstanding players, Whatcom Hoops is ranking the top 30 boys. Each day we’ll feature an outstanding player in our county and count down until we get to #1. So join us daily as we honor the best of the best.

#25

Jayden Anderson, senior, Nooksack Valley

WHY HE’S #25: One of the key members of the Class of ’26 that helped the Pioneers end their 15-year state draught, the 6-foot guard averaged almost 11 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists a game. What made him invaluable was his long-distance shooting, which spread the floor for his teammates to get to the basket. And if there was any doubt that he was one of the county’s best from beyond the arc, then guess who won the 3-point contest at the Whatcom County Seniors Classic.

COACH JASON HEUTINK: “Jayden was our best pure shooter and a great rebounder for his size. Jayden always exceeded my expectations.”

NOTE: Thank you to the coaches and to Tyler Anderson of WhatcomPreps.com for season stats.
