The Trojans lost to the Gators and all-stater Julianna Walker in Wednesday’s opening round of the Class 1A state tournament, but the season-ending loss didn’t take away from Meridian’s impressive playoff run.
The “Road Warriors” played 10 playoff games, all on the road, including an incredible eight in 12 days. They also won four loser-out games to get to state.
