2021 All-Whatcom Hoops: Girls Honorable Mentions

Because the Northwest Conference will not have all-league teams for this COVID-crazy season, Whatcom Hoops has decided to unveil its own all-star teams … with a little twist.

First of all, these will be all-WHATCOM COUNTY teams, which means the Lummi Nation players will be included but no Skagit or Snohomish County players will be eligible.

Second, while most basketball all-star squads have five-player teams, we don’t know of any high school that has a team with only five players. So our all-Whatcom Hoops squads will have 10 players on their first, second and third (honorable mention) teams.

We will be releasing the teams all this week. Here’s the schedule:

Monday: Girls honorable mention

Tuesday: Boys honorable mentions

Wednesday: Girls second team

Thursday: Boys second team

Friday: Girls first team

Saturday: Boys first team

Sunday: End of the year awards

So, here are the all-Whatcom Hoops girls honorable mentions in alphabetical order.
