Best Of State 2020: #16 Lummi Nation Boys vs. Naselle

TOP 20 OF STATE 2020: Counting down the best games involving Whatcom County teams from March’s state tournaments.

#16 Naselle 70, Lummi Nation boys 41

The Blackhawks ended their great season on a down note as they fell to the Comets in Saturday’s round at the Class 1B state tournament and had to settle for fifth place.

It was a difficult pill to swallow after falling by one point in Friday’s semifinal, but Lummi Nation still finished with an outstanding record of 23-5 as well as the Northwest 1B League, District 1 and Tri-District 1/2/3 titles.

Senior guard Caleb Revey also was named to the state all-tournament first team.
